Development of Technical-Movement Documentation (DTR) for the grinding line

For a client from the industrial sector, we prepared a complete Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR) for the newly implemented crushing line. The aim of the project was to gather all technical information necessary for the safe operation, servicing, and approval of the equipment for use in accordance with applicable standards and legal requirements.

As part of the implementation:

• We have verified the machine's design documentation

  • Based on input data from the manufacturer and inspections of the device, we developed a detailed description of the construction and specifications of the components — including mechanical, electrical, and control elements.

• We have prepared a complete set of drawings and diagrams

  • The documentation includes:

    • external line drawings,

    • technological process diagrams,

    • lists of components and consumable parts,

    • electrical and pneumatic diagrams (if applicable to the given machine).

• We have created operating instructions and operational procedures

  • We have prepared detailed guidelines regarding:

    • starting and stopping the machine,

    • operating modes,

    • parameter adjustments of the process,

    • safety principles for operators.

• We have designed a maintenance schedule and identified service points

  • The documentation includes a list of maintenance activities along with their frequency and a list of spare parts.

The result of our work is a complete DTR — a document that enables:

• the commissioning of the grinding line for operation,

• training of operators,

• ensuring safe and efficient operation of the machine throughout its usage period.
