Pressure Vessel Documentation — TÜV / CE Certification
For a Belgian client from the industrial sector, we developed complete project and technical documentation for pressure vessels designed to work with carbon dioxide (CO₂) in both liquid and gas phases. The vessels operate at a working pressure of 167 bar, which requires meeting stringent safety standards and formal certification requirements.
Strength calculations — analytical method
calculations of wall and bottom thickness according to standards,
calculations for working pressure and pressure testing,
verification of critical areas: nozzles, welds, supports, flanges.
Complete documentation for TÜV / CE certification
risk analysis and category selection in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU,
material data sheets, component lists, quality control procedures,
operating and maintenance instructions (similar to DTR, but expanded),
documentation for acceptance and non-destructive testing (NDT).
- tanks undergoing approval for use in accordance with PED / CE,
- complete documentation by TÜV,
- high reliability of the structure at a working pressure of 167 bar,
- complete documentation trail — from design to certification.
The tanks are used in installations for CO₂ mist generation and operate in dynamic cycles (filling / emptying / temperature changes).
